Your documents aren't saved

There is no sign-up and no account. Your letter, bill, summaries, answers, and drafts are held in this page while you work, and are gone when you close the tab or press "Start over".

What gets sent where

Your letter or bill text is sent to an AI service so it can read your document and write your draft. MedicalDollars does not keep a copy, and nothing is sent to your insurance company — you review and send the letter yourself. Writing an appeal letter costs $3; card details go straight to our payment processor, never to us, and your letter is never shared with them. We keep only a payment reference so one payment unlocks one letter.

Please leave these out

Don't include your Social Security number, full date of birth, bank or card details, or full medical records. Cover them before photographing the letter.

To limit abuse, we keep anonymous network request counts, not your document text. The same network can make six AI requests per minute and 30 per UTC day. We don't capture your pasted text in analytics.
